Hotel Bell Tent at the International Mini Meeting

Stay with us at Hotel Bell Tent for luxury, comfort, fun and frivolity! We provide that all essential boutique camping magic. Whilst likened to staying in a boutique hotel, you will be in a beautiful Bell Tent at the International Mini Meeting.

All our beautiful canvas Bell Tents are fabulously dressed with our Camping with Soul accessory range including luxury inflatable mattresses , hand loomed rugs, coir door mats for muddy boots and shoes, a tea light candle chandelier (for light and warmth), low level hand painted tables and optional 100% Egyptian cotton bedding, 13.5 tog duvets and fluffy bath towels.

Ideal for groups of friends, families or couples looking for something out of the ordinary! Simply book, turn up, check in and leave all the hard work to us.

Giving you more time to explore and enjoy the event, no stress & no wasted time setting up camp!

Accommodation

All of our tents are decked out with luxury inflatable mattresses, Jute doormats for boots and shoes, block colour Indian rugs as flooring, low level hand painted bedside tables and beautiful tea light candle chandeliers providing heat and light.

Guests can choose from our Classic and Luxury packages. Our Classic package offers you the choice to bring along your own bedding (a cheaper option) or alternatively, you may order our bedding packs as an extra, which include 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, cosy 13.5 tog duvets, pillows and fluffy bath towels. The Luxury package includes bedding and bath towels as standard.

Extra luxuries

A communal lounge tent will be open to all Hotel Bell Tent guests, offering you a place to hang out in and charge your phones. Hotel Bell Tent will also be sited just a short walk from purpose built toilets and lovely hot showers within the general camping area.

Prices and check in

Packages start at £350, to see our full price list please click here. Prices are based on checking in from Thursday 31st July until Monday 4th August.

Pay in full or place a deposit

By placing a £100 deposit, this allows you to reserve your ‘room’ for the International Mini Meeting 2014. The deposit can then be converted into the package of your choice by paying the remaining of the balance by April 2014. Alternatively, payment can be made in full at the time of the booking.
